Overview The Account Manager role is critical to accelerating Vantaca’s success within our existing client base. This farmer role focuses on expanding the Vantaca footprint with current customers while also engaging in outbound prospecting and research. The role targets either Enterprise or SMB sized deals, but not both simultaneously.
Accountability Key Initiatives
Qualify leads to deals
Execute value‑based sales/buyer processes for a predictable number of accounts
Move deals from stage to stage efficiently and methodically
Understand the value of Vantaca solutions to prospect problems or opportunities
Act as quarterback managing Vantaca subject‑matter experts that may be involved
Close deals
Serve as the main point of contact and monitor implementation, customer adoption, and success
Expectations for Success
Achieve yearly quota that bridges the entire Vantaca Product suite currently not being used by any client
Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective expansion customers from the existing base and connect to uncover deployment opportunities for additional Vantaca products
Arrange follow‑up discussions after initial connection via phone, email, social media, etc.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other team members to continuously improve the lead flow into the new business process, leveraging the CRM system and your calendar for weekly and monthly objectives
Accurately record outreach activities and market information in the CRM
Operate effectively within a virtual sales environment, demonstrating professional knowledge of video meeting technology and confident online presence
Continuously enhance knowledge of our marketplace, prospective customers, and competitors
Requirements
Previous experience researching a marketplace for target opportunities and initiating connections with companies
7 or more years of Enterprise Sales experience with a technology or professional services company, preferably in business process optimization (BPO) products or platforms
Experience selling SaaS software products with $50k+ annual recurring revenue deal sizes
Experience positioning AI and/or accounting software and process improvements within real estate, property management, or HOA management industries preferred
Strong experience and demonstrated proficiency with a well‑managed CRM system
Experience working at both startup and established enterprise organizations, with a track record of successfully transitioning to new company/product or industry
Formal sales training experience with a recognized methodology preferred
Ability to work independently from a home office and manage time effectively
