Position Overview We’re seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated
Outside Roofing Sales Representative
to join our team. This is a
hybrid, commission‑based (1099)
role ideal for driven professionals who thrive on independence, performance, and helping clients make confident roofing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building
Conduct on‑site roof inspections and damage assessments
Educate customers on roofing solutions, materials, and financing options
Present detailed estimates and proposals, and guide clients through every step of the sales & insurance claims process if necessary. Our goal is to do what’s right for the client.
Always collaborate closely with our operations and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status
Qualifications
Proven success in outside sales a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly self‑driven with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Ability to manage hybrid work schedule (in‑field and remote follow‑up)
What We’re Looking For
Competitive commission structure with high earning potential, including 40‑50% of all profit on each project completed
Marketing support from a trusted, well‑branded company
Working with the Official Roofing Partner of the Phoenix Suns & Mercury, local news outlets and large‑scale property management companies
