We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Continental Print, a leading Large Format Screen Printing Company. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, effective lead conversion, and strategic relationship-building. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on our sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Conversion: Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and engage prospective leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Sales Activity Tracking: Monitor and analyze all sales activities to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies based on thorough market analysis, adapting approaches as needed to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Qualifications
Sales Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. Relationship Management Skills: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and team members. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth and optimize sales performance. Desired Characteristics
