Responsibilities
Build trust and empathy with homeowners, explaining Dry Force’s capabilities.
Evaluate loss and prepare a job scope using moisture meters and company technology.
Present engagement proposals, secure work authorization, and coach on payment options.
Begin drying process to stabilize moisture and set homeowner expectations.
Communicate job status with customers, management, and insurance carriers.
Process all documentation promptly.
Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales experience.
Strong motivation, work ethic, and enjoyment of the selling process.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Strong communication skills: interpersonal, written, and presenting.
Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for job documentation.
Valid driver’s license and successful background/drug test.
Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weather‑related surge events.
