Requirements 3+ years of performance media buying experience for DTC / e-commerce brands
Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads
Proven ability to scale spend profitably
Data-driven, analytical, and decisive
Experience with Triple Whale, spreadsheets, Notion
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
Comfortable moving fast and owning results
Preferred Experience scaling brands past $1M–$10M+ Annual Revenue
Experience working closely with creative teams and UGC testing
