Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using provided lists or electronic devices.
- Identify and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Consolidate and stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of picking zones and work areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including safe lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues promptly.
- Contribute to team efforts and achieve daily picking quotas.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics efficiency.
- Conduct basic inventory checks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is a plus.
- Must be capable of performing consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and basic logistics.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
