Job Summary:
Become an integral part of our supply chain as an Order Picker in Salt Lake City, Utah! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves and locations as specified on order forms.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to manage inventory and confirm picks.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervision immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks or other light equipment safely as needed.
- Follow all company Safety rules and regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking speed and accuracy.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product labels.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend continuously and perform frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
