Position Summary A healthcare clinic in Brooklyn is seeking a motivated and personable
Marketing & Sales Associate
to lead outreach, marketing, and patient communication efforts while supporting daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building community relationships, and contributing to a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Outreach:
Post engaging content daily on Instagram and Facebook (posts, stories, polls)
Engage with 15–20 potential new clients per day across social platforms
Coordinate and support monthly community marketing events and workshops
Conduct local field marketing to build referral partnerships
Create and distribute marketing materials to increase brand awareness
Follow up with potential new clients via phone, email, text, and social media
Sales & Communication:
Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Follow up on missed calls, appointment inquiries, and new client leads
Confidently address questions and handle objections regarding services
Confirm appointments, intake completion, rescheduling, cancellations, and new bookings
Clinic Support:
Greet clients and provide tours for new visitors
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic environment
Manage handouts, product samples, and marketing materials
Support client engagement through digital tools and membership updates
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience in marketing, sales, or outreach preferred
Comfortable using Canva, social media platforms, and email tools
Familiarity with CRM or EMR systems is a plus
Healthcare experience is a bonus but not required
