Key Responsibilities

Manage reception and front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling calls

Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records

Prepare and organize documentation for billing purposes

Place office supply orders and track inventory levels

Perform data entry and generate basic reports using Excel

Support general administrative and office operations as needed

Qualifications
