An office rental company is seeking a reliable and organized

Assistant

to support daily office operations and administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day business activity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and office support

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management

Support leasing and office coordination activities as needed

Maintain organized records, files, and databases

Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors professionally

Help coordinate office supplies, vendors, and basic operational needs

Support management with ad hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications
