Here's what we need from you: 2 years of automotive dealership experience 5+ years of customer service experience Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Highly organized with great attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and adaptable Knowledge of finance is strongly preferred, and experience in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership is a plus.
