Schedule Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Oversee front‑office operations, organizing paperwork, maintaining customer relations, and handling administrative tasks.
Process DMV documents and inventory records, enforce dealership policies, manage delinquent accounts and repossession orders, coordinate collections and warranty repairs, and assist customers with vehicle purchases, insurance claims, and escalated issues to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership experience
5+ years of customer service experience
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressureHighly organized with strong attention to detail
Self‑motivated, accountable, and adaptable
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of finance
Experience in a Buy‑Here‑Pay‑Here dealership
