About The Role As an Auto Sales Associate, your day starts by reviewing leads and following up with potential buyers. Throughout the day, you greet customers, guide them through vehicle options, and close sales with confidence. You leverage your knowledge of deal structuring, financing, and CRM systems to create seamless experiences for customers while maximizing your success. Every day, you help people drive away in the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Schedule Monday to Friday (NO weekends!)
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience
Experience in automotive sales
Familiarity with deal structuring, financing, title work, and CRM systems
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary $36,000+ (depending on experience). Benefits include health insurance, special events, flexible schedules, paid time off, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, and a retirement plan with a 3% match.
