Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and securing new commercial moving and relocation accounts
Building relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and facilities teams
Creating customized proposals for office & industrial relocations
Conducting site surveys and move consultationsManaging the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth project execution
Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
Attending networking events and trade shows to expand brand presence
Tracking activity and pipeline progress in CRM software
Staying current on industry trends and local market conditions
Collaborating with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
Upselling services such as storage, warehousing, or records management
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business development or outside sales
Prior background in moving, relocation, or logistics (HHG or O&I)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to generate and close leads independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
Motivated, client-focused, and results-driven
