A leading moving company in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Moving Sales Consultant to support residential moves across the United States as well as some commercial moves. This position plays a pivotal role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless relocations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Selling moving and relocation services to residential & commercial customers across the U.S. Conducting in-home, office or virtual surveys to generate accurate moving quotes. Building and managing relationships with clients from initial inquiry through post-move follow-up. Preparing detailed proposals, service agreements, and cost estimates. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinating with operations teams to ensure a smooth move experience. Following up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and partnerships. Staying current on pricing, competitor services, and market trends. Supporting international move coordination including customs documentation and logistics. Managing CRM data and maintaining accurate client records. Attending local networking events or trade shows to generate new business. Addressing and resolving any client issues or concerns promptly. Key Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in moving orrelocation sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with residentialhousehold goods relocations and commercial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
