Guide & lead Customer(s) through a sales process that is initiated through the internet, in‑person, or phone with support from our Sales Management
Understand and implement the Dealership’s CRM Software
Present and demonstrate inventory both in‑person and virtually through video
Offer payment and lease options for selected vehicles
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification
The requirements
Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal but not required
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
About Our Dealership Ryan Auto Mall is a family owned and operated dealership in Buffalo, Minnesota. In 1960, Mr. Robert Ryan Sr. opened his first dealership in South Dakota. Mr. Ryan's son, Bob Ryan Jr. soon got his start in the car business, sitting on the bench in front of the dealership, shining shoes at a nickel a pair.
The third generation of the Ryan family is now fully invested, continuing their father's tradition of high standards and caring for their customers. The family is proud to have been awarded General Motor's Mark of Excellence Award eight times and also forty‑two DealerRater Awards, including the 2020 MN Dealer of the Year Awards for Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands.
