Sales & Service Manager - Stonebriar Centre
Location: Dallas, TX – Stonebriar Centre
Salary: $100,000.00 – $180,000.00
Overview The Sales & Service Manager is a member of the store leadership team delivering ALO’s business and guest experience strategy into the store. Passionate about business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet ALO’s guiding principles. Ensures exceptional guest experience while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Responsibilities Sales & Service Leader
Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate process or system gaps
Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience, assessing level of guest connection and technical product education, providing feedback and coaching
Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives
Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and execute implementation with the team
Business Leader
Represent the business in meetings and conference calls in partnership with General Manager
Review, monitor and partner with General Manager to manage budget, reporting and other business data, including metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell‑Thru)
Future planning workflow business needs to protect optimal performance
People Leader
Ensure that the Sales, Service, and Community team exudes ALO’s mission and guiding principles to guests
Lead a team through accountability, continuous coaching, talent development and communication across Operations and Visual team
Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy
Write an effective schedule prioritizing business strategy, in partnership with the General Manager/Store Manager
Business Partner
Oversee execution of deliverables on the ALO Sales & Service Model, protecting operational efficiency
Collaborate and implement General/Store Manager’s vision working cross‑functionally with business partners to support organization goals
Demonstrate ability to navigate the organization balancing business need and brand culture
Qualifications
3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in changing environment
Independent work ethic, time‑management skills and personal accountability
Requires constant movement around all areas of the store
Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
Ability to stand and move entire shift
Schedule Full‑time: available for opening, closing and weekend shifts. All employees must work during the company’s Blackout period (week of Thanksgiving through first week of January).
