Overview The Sales & Service Lead elevates the guest experience at ALO. Deliver engagement, guest education, and interaction, creating a sanctuary that sets ALO apart.

Responsibilities

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection, technical product education, and coaching of team members.

Build client relationships daily with our customers.

Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement action plans focusing on deficient areas and growth opportunities.

Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.

Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.

Demonstrate strong business acumen using metrics to support business‑driving strategies.

Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Lead by example and inspire staff; oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.

Use performance tools to evaluate associates and provide feedback to drive growth.

Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads to ensure cross‑functional training and business execution.

Execute company‑level operations‑focused directives, projects and initiatives with the Sales & Service Manager.

Qualifications

2+ years prior work experience in a client‑centric sales environment.

Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.

Values feedback; receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide.

High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.

Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

The Sales & Service Lead is full‑time, 32‑40 hours per week. All full‑time employees must have open availability and be expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. Employees are expected to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
