Position Summary We’re looking for a

Sales Channel Manager

to strengthen and grow our distributor and reseller network across the region. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between HMS and our channel partners—empowering them, guiding their success, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement.

This is a dynamic role for someone who excels at relationship‑building, understands the channel ecosystem, and thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage strong relationships with authorized distributors and resellers.

Serve as the main point of contact for all partner engagement activities and pre‑sales needs.

Act as the escalation point for cross‑functional issues (Order Management, Pricing, Technical Support, etc.).

Lead quarterly business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and align on goals.

Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with HMS standards.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to evaluate, onboard, and optimize channel partners.

Develop and execute revenue‑driving strategies with channel partners.

Amplify HMS visibility and market reach through partner initiatives.

Work alongside the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to expand business within existing accounts and pursue new customers.

Partner Enablement

Design and deliver training that enhances product knowledge and strengthens partner sales capabilities.

Coach partner teams to improve solution positioning, value articulation, and sales effectiveness.

Market Insights

Analyze PoS and PoP data to understand partner performance and market trends.

Provide feedback to Product Management and Marketing on competitive dynamics and channel needs.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.

3+ years in channel sales, distributor management, or B2B sales in an industrial or technology environment.

Strong relationship‑building skills with both partners and internal teams.

Proven success meeting or exceeding channel‑driven sales targets.

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel ~30% within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial automation, networking, or IIoT.

Background working with global or multi‑tier distribution networks.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.

International business exposure is a plus.
