$45K$100K+ based on commissions and bonuses

What You'll Do
Engage with qualified leads and set in-home appointments
Clearly explain pest control service options and customize plans for customer needs
Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism and integrity
Meet and exceed sales goals through discipline, follow-through, and strong communication
Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential clients
Work fully onsite Monday-Friday (no weekends) with mixed schedules between 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm
What Were Looking For
Prior
in-home sales experience
(required)
Pest control sales experience (a plus)
A driven self-starter with excellent communication skills
Someone with high personal integrity, strong work ethic, and a results-focused mindset
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
