Account Manager, Inside Sales
Location: Charlotte, NC. Salary range: $69,000.00-$103,000.00.
Responsibilities
Energetically interact with field sales teams and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities, leading many cases through to completion.
Qualify new business leads from hard‑print and digital publications; forward appropriately to field teams or ecosystem partners.
Use RUCKUS internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, and other customer‑expectation‑meeting activities.
Apply CRM to handle business opportunities and for account planning.
Champion implementation of the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
Identify new fields of play and opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution of choice through creative thinking and planning.
Follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead‑generation tools; implement call‑out campaigns and cold call outbound clients.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Research and identify potential opportunities; craft and deliver qualified opportunities.
Maintain and grow our database via D365 and SFDC.
Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.
Qualifications
A completed bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team.
Willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face‑to‑face meetings.
Have experienced the benefits of data‑driven, purposeful coaching (via sports, arts, business, or other pursuits).
