Join Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative and help small businesses grow through our digital marketing solutions. You’ll earn uncapped commissions with a base salary of $90,000‑$100,000 in year one, plus residual income built on successful client retention.
Hibu supplies best‑in‑class training: 3 weeks of classroom instruction, 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing company support. You’ll work in a hybrid environment, managing both remote and in‑field duties.

Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
Growing your own book of business and earning residual commissions by retaining clients through strong account management
Delivering virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
Building lasting client relationships across diverse industries
