SMB Territory Sales Account Manager — Technology & Telecom (Hybrid)

Role summary: Territory-based SMB B2B sales position focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses upgrade connectivity and technology solutions. Work primarily from routed warm meetings, supported by targeted outreach, and utilize established scripts, pricing tools, and proposal templates to accelerate the discovery → proposal → close cycle.
Manage an assigned SMB territory using both routed warm meetings and self-sourced outreach.
Schedule and qualify meetings with owners and other key decision-makers.
Conduct structured discovery, prepare tailored proposals, address objections, and close deals efficiently.
Maintain a healthy pipeline (approximately 3× coverage) and record activities, notes, and next steps in the CRM same day.
Coordinate installations/activations and verify early-adoption KPIs with each customer.
Provide 2–3 field insights per week to help refine scripts, offers, segmentation, and messaging.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales track record, ideally in telecom, SaaS, IT services, or other technical categories.
Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable engaging owner-led SMB accounts.
Disciplined with KPIs, CRM documentation, forecasting, and activity planning.
Clear communicator who is adaptable, coachable, and consistent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (territory travel required).
Authorized to work in the U.S.; Spanish language ability is a plus.
