Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Sushi Maker pay is based on experience plus tips. AM/PM shifts available.

Prepare sushi rice and ingredients for sushi rolls. Roll, shape, and assemble sushi dishes according to recipes. Ensure the freshness and quality of all sushi products. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the sushi preparation area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Maker or similar role preferred but not required. Training provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Pay Grades
Sushi III - Trainee to ability to work maki rolling station: $14 - $17/hr. Sushi II - Ability to work maki and nigiri stations: $17 - $19/hr. Sushi I - Ability to work maki, nigiri, fish cutting stations: $19 - $24/hr. Plus approximately $2 to $4 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked; higher tips on weekend shifts.
