Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide backup and support to the Station Manager, including customer service, handling complaints, and setting an example for staff.

Assist with managing cash, inventory, fuel, and pricing updates.

Ensure the station and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and appealing.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Assist in training, developing, and managing station employees.

Maintain effective communication with management.

Participate in security measures and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 pounds), reaching, bending, and climbing as needed.

Requirements

1-3 years of management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant sectors.

Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexibility to work on-call and during irregular hours.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must be at least 21 (IL) / 18 (WI) or older where law requires for alcohol and tobacco sales.

Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses for alcohol sales where applicable.
