Job Overview Realty.com is looking for highly-motivated and driven sales individuals with a knack for developing personal relationships and closing deals. Your contributions will be felt immediately, all while using your knowledge and expertise in real estate.

Responsibilities and Duties

Source new clients (Real Estate Agents, Teams, Brokers), schedule and provide demos for potential customers, research and provide product pricing, and complete transactions

Develop a high-level understanding and working knowledge of the product in order to act as a subject matter expert when engaging potential customers

Build a relationship with your client base and act as a go-between with Realty.com, following up with potential customers in a timely manner as necessary

Create and improve personalized and engaging messaging to help drive connect rates, appointment setting, and conversion rates

Collaborate with the team in order to improve overall processes and automation and help train other agents on those processes

Manage sales pipeline and keep CRM up to date.

Qualifications

Proven track record of reliable sales performance and dependability in an online environment

Values empathy and teamwork

Adept at prospecting both new and previous customers, as well as strong contract negotiation skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Entrepreneurial spirit: work consistently to improve your skillset and pivot when necessary

Have a passion for customer success- ensure your clients have the tools and support they need to succeed

Professional computer skills; able to navigate the internet and find relevant information about properties and agencies to ensure you are properly equipped to have effective conversations

Impeccable work ethic; able to work in-office or remote as needed

Proficiency in documenting policies, procedures, and processes

Experience and proficiency using Customer Relationship Management software

Bonus Attributes

Currently or previously a licensed real estate agent

Familiarity with online real estate lead generation programs (Zillow, Realtor, etc)

Familiarity with online real estate software (FollowupBoss, Chime, Boomtown, KVCore, KW Command, etc)

Experience and proficiency using auto dialer software (Phoneburner, Ring Central, Crazy Egg, etc)

Experience in Mortgage and Title work is a plus

Previous work experience in the Real Estate industry

Requirements

Located in the United States

Able to speak English fluently, bilingual a plus

Previous Sales experience (Preferably in a B2B / SaaS / Online Environment)

Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations

Candidate if located in the Houston metro will be expected to report to the Houston office for half of their work week
