Regional Sales Manager – OCTG Casing & Tubing Connectors Location:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for OCTG Casing and Tubing Connectors drives business growth and market share within the assigned region. The RSM develops and manages relationships with oil & gas operators, drilling contractors, distributors, and engineering firms to promote and sell premium and semi‑premium OCTG connector products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for OCTG casing and tubing connectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including oilfield operators, service companies, and distributors.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the upstream oil and gas sector.

Present and promote connector solutions through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and field visits.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform sales strategy and product development.

Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to provide solutions tailored to customer needs.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies and profitability goals.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, HSE standards, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Mechanical, Petroleum, or Industrial preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of sales experience in OCTG, oilfield equipment, or related energy sector products.

Proven track record in B2B technical sales and account management.

Strong understanding of casing, tubing, and connector technologies (API, semi‑premium, premium).

Established network of customers and contacts within the oil & gas upstream market preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally (up to 50%).
