Flooring Showroom Salesperson
Location: Northern Atlanta Metro Area (On‑Site)
Salary: $50,000 Base + Monthly Uncapped Bonuses (1st Yr OTE: $55K–$60K, 2nd Yr OTE: $60K–$70K)

Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:00pm; 1–2 Saturdays per month, 10:30am–3:00pm

Flooring Showroom Salesperson Description Our client in the flooring industry is looking for a Flooring Showroom Salesperson to join their team in the Northern Atlanta Metro Area. In this role, you will welcome customers, present flooring options, set appointments, and support the sales process from inquiry through order completion. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has some flooring sales experience. To be successful, you should enjoy helping customers, stay organized, and be confident in handling basic quotes and follow‑ups. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established company with a strong reputation in the flooring industry.
Flooring Showroom Salesperson Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
Present flooring samples and explain product options, features, and pricing
Convert incoming calls, emails, and walk‑ins into in‑home or in‑office appointments
Follow company guidelines for consistent and timely lead follow‑up
Send thank‑you cards after initial contact or completed installs
Reach out to contractors and realtors to strengthen referral and trade relationships
Visit customer sites to take measurements as needed (1–4 times per month)
Manage material‑only sales from quote through order entry
Email invoices and account balance details to customers
Enter sales data accurately and maintain organized records of all activity
Coordinate showroom calendar
Flooring Showroom Salesperson Qualifications
1+ year of flooring sales or showroom experience is required
Friendly, confident, and proactive communication style is required
Willingness to learn company systems and product lines is required
Reliable vehicle is required
Ability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month is required
