We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Sales BDC Agent. The candidate’s main responsibility will be assisting with the Business Development Manager with all administrative and clerical duties.
We are looking for someone who is well-organized, passionate, a fast learner, and who can work independently. This position varies as it covers many different tasks. Being flexible, self-starting, outgoing, and responsible are key elements to this role.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
Assist with the business development team on routine tasks such as sending emails, following up with calls, maintaining the business calendar, setting appointments, and conducting mock calling exercises.
Work directly with business development manager to organize the business development team.
Detailing and organizing lunch/meetings/schedules as needed for executives/dealerships
Consolidating FedEx orders as well as exporting mail
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical assistant duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong working computer knowledge
Google Drive documents knowledge preferred
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, bilingual skills a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures; calculate figures and amounts
