Customer Sales BDC Agent Job Type: Full-time What the job entails
Assist with the business development team on routine tasks such as sending emails, following up with calls, maintaining the business calendar, setting appointments, and conducting mock calling exercises. Work directly with business development manager to organize the business development team. Detail and organize lunches/meetings/schedules as needed for executives/dealerships. Consolidate FedEx orders as well as exporting mail. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong working computer knowledge Google Drive documents knowledge preferred Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, bilingual skills a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures; calculate figures and amounts Benefits
