Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aggregates market.* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.* Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.* Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.**What Are We Looking For*** Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role.* Experience in outside sales within the building materials or construction industry* Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decisions.**Work Environment**
This role involves a mix of office and field work, including regular travel to customer sites, quarries, and industry events.
