What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers by reserving suitable storage units based on their individual needs
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Connect effectively with customers over the phone
Collaborate with a close‑knit team to maximize sales opportunities
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance and career advancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening and be able to work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers
Familiarity with CRM software
