The Neuroscience Sales Specialist‑II is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within assigned geographies while upholding ethical and compliant practices. The role involves understanding customer needs, aligning marketing resources, supporting pull‑through activities, and embodying the corporate vision of improving patient lives. Job Responsibilities

Drive sales performance to ensure forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by calling on healthcare professional offices and mental health community centers both in‑person and virtually. Effectively manage assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner. Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers; routinely share this information with relevant internal stakeholders. Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers and regions, identifying appropriate programs and resources for each customer, practice, and/or system. Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives; capitalize on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan. Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and sharing of best practices. Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting. Inform and build a business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products. Complete all company and job‑related training as assigned within the required timelines. Job Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred. Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers, with patient‑centricity as a core value. High integrity and strict adherence to the company’s compliance policies and procedures. Strong self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial drive, excellent decision‑making judgment, and strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Proven track record of learning and adapting to evolving environments, including navigating the COVID‑19 landscape. Ability to adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment. Analytical skills to assess progress against objectives, diagnose performance issues, and identify new opportunities. Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to a diverse audience. Availability to work outside normal hours and occasional overnight travel; domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training, and sales meetings may be required. Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Skills
