Position Business Development Manager

Location Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

Prior experience as a Controls Account Manager/Outside Sales role.

Visit current customers and establish new contacts.

Work closely with contractors, engineers, and end users for project based development.

Analyze market opportunities and identify decision makers.

Gather and validate project specifications, ensuring all customer requirements are met.

Responsible for estimation, costs, and equipment requirements.

Understanding of BAS and DDC control systems.

Procuring new clients and attracting new business.

Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products.
