BAS Account Executive (Outside Sales)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prior experience as a Controls Sales Engineer/Outside Sales role.
Procuring new clients and attracting new business
Experience working closely with project vendors and bidding on projects
Engage with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements are met
Responsible for estimation, costs, and any equipment requirements
Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
Collect, Assemble, and organize data for reports, presentations, or special projects
Visit current customers and prospect new clients
