Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage LinkedIn paid media campaigns for mid‑market and enterprise clients.
Create custom strategy, copy, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Maintain, optimize, and report on campaign budgets and performance.
Collaborate with internal marketing and client contacts to align messaging and goals.
Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities through client relationships.
What You Offer
4+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and related ad units.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and analytics tools.
Strong copywriting, bid management, and optimization skills.
Ability to delegate to junior team members.
Data‑driven decision making using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel.
Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title.
Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
What Success Looks Like
Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.
Exceed client NSMs, client satisfaction scores, and KPI targets.
Build client trust and consistent renewals.
Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals.
Communicate results with client point of contact and executives.
Strategic decision making for account direction.

Annual base salary $85k‑$95k (US).
