The

Stylist

is responsible for providing and maintaining a positive, friendly, empathetic and professional selling experience with all customers, achieving sales goals and productivity by following the 5-Step Selling Process. Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm, over the phone and in person, and communicate clearly to suit customers’ needs. Manage customer flow using store systems and

service principles; use iPad tools to research and communicate information to customers. Provide exceptional service to multiple customers, address concerns confidently, and escalate to leadership when needed. Prepare for appointments by reviewing customer profiles and preparing fitting rooms; build relationships by understanding customer expectations and needs. Identify the best gown/dress within the customer’s first three try-ons. Schedule future appointments and follow up with customers as needed; promote alterations and personalization options in partnership with Alterations Specialists. Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered for ordering dresses and minimizing returns/exchanges. Maintain store standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness) and report any damaged equipment. Offer David’s Bridal loyalty & partners program to support the one-stop for all life events. Essential Job Functions

Customer Focus: provide 5-Star customer service, manage appointments and POS interactions, and support a positive shopping experience. Analyzing & Decision Making: respond promptly to customer questions and build relationships to meet satisfaction and loyalty. Managing Performance: maintain hourly sales productivity and cash wrap accuracy; promote services and upgrades; achieve conversion and add-on goals; coordinate fittings for the wedding party; complete training and grow product knowledge. Managing Change & Gaining Commitment: implement new processes and initiatives; support store goals; clock in/out accurately; follow loss prevention policies. Developing Self & Others: pursue development, share knowledge, welcome coaching, and complete required trainings. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred; prior experience with computerized POS systems is a plus. Benefits
