This full-time position offers 100% commission-based pay with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit these from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around the home zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have contacted Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products. This is not door-to-door sales. Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments. Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs. Proficient in computer skills. Ability to work five days a week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for additional days and hours based on volume and seasonality. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for helping customers. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
