This full-time position offers 100% commission with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K - $80K, with top performers earning $90K+ annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit these from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role offers excellent compensation with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—this is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments. Must have valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products (up to 40 lbs). Proficient with computers. Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days and hours based on volume and seasonality. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including contract negotiation. Excellent customer service, listening, influencing skills, and a passion for improving customer lives. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
