Full-time We are the Leaders in Home Improvement. www.mysearscareer.com/apply Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team.
This full-time position offers 100% commission on a W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; the rest of the week, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as customers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. Extensive local market travel using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance required. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products (up to 40 lbs). Proficiency in computer skills. Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days and hours based on volume and seasonality. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
