This full-time position offers 100% commission on a W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as customers contact Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products. Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to attend appointments. Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs. Proficient with computers. Work a 5-day week, including Saturdays; additional days and flexible hours may be required seasonally. Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for customer satisfaction. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
