Full-time We are the Leaders in Home Improvement. www.mysearscareer.com/apply Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team.
This full-time position offers 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, and typical earnings between $45K - $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit them from home. Territories are approximately within 2 hours of the home zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—this is not door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products. Extensive local travel using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance. Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs, depending on the product. Proficiency with computers. Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days and hours based on volume and seasonality. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
