What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate net new institutional OTC and Prime business by activating your crypto-native network
Prospect and close new OTC and Prime clients, including funds, HNWIs, DAOs, and trading firms
Collaborate with BitGo’s trading team on structuring, pricing, and executing large trades
Maintain a high volume of outbound outreach and client engagement
Provide market insights and client feedback to enhance offerings and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a financial institution, brokerage, or OTC trading desk
Strong experience in OTC/Voice Trade execution and risk management
Proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and meet targets
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work under pressure
A strong existing network of OTC-ready institutions and counterparties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Fast-ramp ability, generating opportunities within 2 weeks of joining
A crypto-native mindset and real knowledge of the cryptocurrency space
Relentless outbound mentality, with a proactive approach to lead generation
