About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who will thrive on building relationships, constant communication, closing deals, and staying active in the field. You’ll be on the move. Meeting customers, delivering materials, and managing accounts while backed by a supportive, growth‑oriented team. No cubicles. No overnight travel. Just real connections and rewarding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a loyal customer base across the East Coast of Florida
Schedule meetings, present quotes, and close sales with new and existing clients
Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and deliver top‑quality service
Coordinate product deliveries and ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Proven hunter mentality and self‑driven attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Comfortable with occasional work while traveling or on vacation (industry demand)
Industry experience is helpful but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation:
After 6 months: 100% commission (16–25% of gross profit)
First‑year OTE: ~$80,000
Years 2–3 OTE: $100,000–$150,000+
Top performers: $200,000+ potential
401(k) with company match
$250/month health insurance reimbursement
Company‑provided iPad and cellphone
Vehicle expenses covered (gas, miles, maintenance)
2 weeks’ vacation to start, increasing with tenure
Territory: Covers the East Coast of Florida, from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville.
You’ll travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and may visit the office as needed.
