What You’ll Do
Grow the business while growing your own career: work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top‑down sales strategy.
Turn prospects into loyal and referring clients: recommend the right solutions to help clients solve real business needs and build referral business through networking with decision‑makers.
Deepen relationships across the ADP family: cross‑sell other ADP cloud‑based human resources solutions to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
To Succeed in This Role
Positive Self‑Starter: upbeat, persistent style, able to cold call without fear of rejection; manage time effectively, prioritize deliverables, and multitask.
Strategic Closer: experience carrying a quota in outside business‑to‑business sales; a proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Proven Winner: ambitious spirit, thrives under pressure, motivates to hit and exceed sales quotas.
Required Qualifications
A college degree is great but not required; the focus is on having the skills to do the job.
Three years of business‑to‑business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results‑driven environment.
Military experience: ADP values the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities of veterans.
