Small Business Specialist - HRO Total Source at ADP. ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). What You’ll Do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions to help clients understand and solve their real business needs; earn referral business by networking with existing and prospective clients and forging partnerships with decision-makers, in-person and over the phone. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards. Responsibilities
Grow Our Business Within a defined territory to close sales and achieve goals. Present ADP solutions to meet client needs and convert prospects to clients. Engage with HR and executive decision-makers to determine solutions and drive adoption across hire-to-retire services. Required Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter with an upbeat, persistent style; ability to cold call, manage time, prioritize, and multi-task; communicate clearly. Strategic Closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales; track record of closing sales and managing a territory. Proven Winner with the drive to exceed sales quotas under pressure. Education
A college degree is helpful but not required. If you don’t have one, relevant experience can include: Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment. Military experience; teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and relationship-building support success. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary for this position ranges from USD 56,100.00 to USD 121,500.00 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Some roles may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses, equity, or commissions.
