This full-time position offers 100% commission on a W-2 with benefits, with earnings typically between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as customers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. Extensive local travel using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and insurance required. Ability to lift sample cases (up to 40 lbs, depending on product). Proficient with computers. Work 5 days a week, including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days and hours. Effective negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for helping customers. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
