This full-time position offers 100% commission on a W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role involves pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. What do we provide? Extensive local market travel using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance required. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products (weighing up to 40 lbs). Proficiency in computer skills. Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays; additional days and flexible hours may be required. Effective verbal and written communication, negotiation skills. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
