AudioCityUSA is looking for an experienced Wheel & Tire Sales Representative to help customers find the perfect wheel and tire packages. This is a consultative sales role that requires deep knowledge of wheel and tire fitments, strong sales skills, and exceptional follow-up habits.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of retail wheel sales experience and excels at guiding customers through the buying process, building relationships, and closing sales efficiently. You will be responsible for understanding fitment specifications, handling inbound leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to final sale.
Hours
This role requires the Fitment Specialist to work out of our Santa Fe Springs, CA office a minimum of 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Consult with customers to determine the best wheel and tire fitment for their vehicle
Close sales efficiently by educating customers and overcoming objections
Proactively follow up with leads to nurture them through the buying process
Respond quickly to inbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chats to assist customersBuild long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Stay updated on product knowledge including bolt patterns, offsets, x-factor, and tire fitments
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion rates
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
High customer satisfaction scores from personalized service and expert fitment advice
Strong lead conversion rates and minimal lost opportunities
Increased customer retention and repeat business due to outstanding follow-up and service
Up-to-date knowledge of fitments across a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, trucks, SUVs, crossover SUVs, oldschool vehicles, and performance cars
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retail automotive aftermarket wheel sales
Deep understanding of wheel and tire fitments, offsets, and bolt patterns
Proven track record of strong sales performance
Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads at once
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
