Leadership & Coaching: Train, mentor, and manage up to 10 SDR Academy participants. Drive accountability, performance management, and professional growth through clear expectations, regular feedback, and 1:1 coaching. Sales Execution: Prospect into target accounts, convert inbound leads, and exceed outbound activity + SQL goals. Partner with assigned markets to align outreach with sales priorities. Revenue Enablement: Collaborate with AEs to extend reach into high-value accounts, refine pitches, and participate in pipeline reviews. Operational Excellence: Track pod metrics in CRM, support new hire onboarding, and pilot tools/tech to boost team productivity. Benefits
